How to Backup Blu-ray Movies on a USB Thumbdrive 

Backing up Blu-ray to USB Thumbdrive with Pavtube BDMagic is simple as ABC. After downloading, follow the wizard to install and run the program. Then follow the steps below to rip Blu-ray to Thumbdrive in a few clicks! The below guide takes Blu-ray Ripper for Windows (Windows 7/8/8.1/10 compatible) screenshots for example. Step 1: Load Blu-ray movies

Enable forces subtitles: if you check “Forced subtitles” option, you will see subtitles only when actors are speaking a language that are different from the subtitles that your specified before. 


Add external subtitles: Click the “Pencil” like icon on the top too bar to open “Video Editor” window, switch to the “Subtitle” tab, check “Enable”, then you will be able to add external *.srt or *.ass/*.ssa subtitle-files to the video as hard subtitles. 


Tip: The USB Thumbdrive is just an intermediate, and the final purpose is Blu-ray playback on other devices like Android, iDevices, or editing in video editing system. So you need to pick the right format according to the playback device or the editing program you are using.

Step 4: Start conversion
