That gives it a huge advantage over other NAS servers equipped with 2 or 4GB. How to Backup, Rip Blu-ray/DVD to QNAP NAS for DLNA streaming 

Step 1: Insert your Blu-ray/DVD disc into your BD drive, run the best Blu-ray/DVD to NAS Converter and click “BD/DVD disc” icon to load movie from Blu-ray/DVD source (Disc, folder, ISO).
